Courtyard Garden for Connors House
Its great to see more positive reaction to the Sensory Courtyard Garden which we created for Connors House. This is a snippet from ‘The Canterbury Index Magazine’ http://indexdigital.co.uk/june-2016-2/
The residents are continuing to enjoy the garden and the refurbished carp pond. The garden has bought an extra dimension to the residential home and staff have said that the effect on the residents has been dramatic.
Having these kinds of environments available to people with sometimes quite challenging conditions can make a real difference to their general wellbeing. Its really pleasing to hear reports of the sensory garden’s success having the beneficial effect we hoped for from the start.
We are also getting hearing that the Barbeque is putting in some good service…when the weather permits that is!
